1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

 

No in a whole area have to travel about 7 miles to get a decent signal now

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

 

Yes it is the Vodafone signal not the phone happens with my husbands brand new galaxy s8! We have a whole business here with 7 phones on Vodafone and no one can get a signal it ridiculous!! 

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

 

I cant ring out on my phone and text messages won't send

 


5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
 

I don't get enough signal for any G!! 


6) When did you first notice this issue?

 

It's always been hit and miss and it got better but since the mast was upgraded in Feb/ March time to do 4G it's been awful no signal at all 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

 

Its perminant may get 1 bar of signal now and then but mainly nothing at all.

 

we don't have a landline so this is the only way for family and friends to contact us

@Beany967 We're aware of an issue in this area - this is currently being investigated under INC2893258.
