1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Just at home to regain full 4g I have to get away from faulty mast so few miles

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the eForum, add it to your profile here.
check profile
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
happens with multiple phones so know it's not my phone or sim
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
almost non existent 4g (0-2 bars) and phone keeps cycling between 3g and 4g draining the battery in the process. Normally yet full 4g signal!

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
4g
6) When did you first notice this issue?

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
Permanent

Hi @podycust

Can you please input your full postcode in to the Vodafone Network Checker, in Coverage Checker, and on the right hand side there is a 4G Tab.

Take a look to see an indication on what is expected for your area. Please take into account the results are an indication of signal and is not a guarantee.

Your area maybe a fringe area for 4G.

In the Network Status part you can check if your local masts are showing any issues. By using the Zoom Out feature in the map you can check your surrounding masts.

The link will also point out any Planned Maintenance and any Planned Coverage

Link ->  Vodafone Online Network Checker.

I had seen that but thats for call coverage! 4g is data only atm well till vodafone enable volte!

Anyway if anyone at Vodafone is listening please give more details like whether it's affecting 2g, 3g or 4g... Saying call coverage is useless!

@podycust There may be an issue with 4G services at local site (4883).

I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch so we can investigate further.

Ok cool thanks

@Rahim

Tho am not seeing any private message?

@podycust Everything appears to be up and running in your area.

Can you please test 4G on your phone and get back to us?
