NO SIGNAL AT ALL, NO SERVICE ONLY EMERGENCY CALLS ALLOWED

ALL

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

NOTICED AROUND 10.30/11AM THIS MORNING

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

HAVE HAD NO SERVICE ALL DAY LONG.

Hi

 

Looking at the Vodafone Network Checker I see that an issue has been recently resolved and some maintenance work. 

 

It can take a few days sometimes after work has been completed for the masts to fully settle. 

 

"We've fixed an issue in this area recently. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - things should have been back to normal since 9.52pm 16 Mar 2017"

 

 

"We've been doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls coverage. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - we were working between 8am 21 Mar 2017 and 8pm 21 Mar 2017."

@Littlebecks85 I've checked your local serving site (4248) and can see that during the time frame you've stated, the site was experiencing issues. 

 

However the site has been performing correctly from yesterday evening onwards.
