Hi there, 

 

I've had no connection since the early hours of the morning. Looking at the Network Status information, there was some planned maintenance occurring between 2am-4am today, but no further updates. 

 

I've gone through the usual checks and restarts, etc. Here's the answers to your questions: 

 

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

 

SK13 -- Simmondley. I'm not able to get out today, so I'm not sure how far it goes -- but others in the area are reporting issues on our Facebook community groups, so I suspect it's not just me. 

 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the eForum, add it to your profile here.

 

This is in my profile. First part is SK13. 

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

 

Yes. It's also occurring on my iPad and other iPhones in the household. 

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

 

"No Service."

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

 

Everything. 

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 

Early hours, and then around 7am. 

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

 

Seems to be permanent. 

 

Any help you could offer would be most appreciated. Thanks!

It's now showing.....

The SK13 postcode area is rather large. However, there is a live unexpected issue within the area. Otherwise the mast whose planned maintenance interval has ended, may still be not fully setup.
