very poor service to no service last week or so. Site says no issues or maintenance in the area so what's happening?

seen your response thanks however it says work ended on 2nd June but we still have little to no service all day. The evening nothing at all. Has the work been extended? It has enhanced our service it has dimished it?

@Brionymcg -  There was planned maintenance between 30 May and 2 June, however on the other tab, this shows there are also some unexpected issues.

This is affecting your local site (9539) and is currently being investigated by our Network engineers, under ref: INC2930589.
