TQ4 Delayed text messages

 1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

From what I can tell so far it seems to be just at home and surrounding area at my postcode. If I travel further away so on a different mast the problem seems to be gone.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Only have one phone so unable to try this.

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Delayed texts from others on all networks, suddnedly I,ll have a load come through all at once.

My texts arrive late to others on all networks to, even though delivery reports on my phone says messages were delivered on time, this is not the case. 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

Happens on all. Signal good.

6) When did you first notice this issue?

2-3 weeks ago

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

@Moooo I've had a look at your 2G/3G serving site, everything appears to be stable. 

This could be a potential issue with your SIM/mobile phone. 

You'll need to test your SIM in another phone to determine if the issues you're experiencing are related to your phone.
