Hi there

Please be aware that you need to provide your full postcode. Only providing the first part will mean that the eForum Team cannot narrow down which transmitter covers your particular location.

Hi,

The checker states here Vodafone Online Network Checker.

"Indoors, you're unlikely to get a signal except with Vodafone Sure Signal."

Sure Signal.

Or

Vodafone Calling over wifi for eligible tariffs and phones.

Hello @Robbo1

The Network checker is showing

" We've fixed an issue in this area recently. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - things should have been back to normal since 11.06pm 30 Aug 2016"

It can sometimes take a few days for the mast(s) to fully settle.

The area your in is also a patchy area going from the Checker.

@SianHuws

I note in the template you answered No to Question 3.

"3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? No"

This could then be your phone that's having difficulty in acquiring signal in your home.

The Vodafone Network Checker shows no current issues with Local or Surrounding masts.

It does however show your area is patchy for 3g.

Options such as a Sure Signal that creates a 3g signal in the home that works off home broadband or for people on eligible tariffs and phones can use Calling over WiFi.

@SianHuws I've taken a look at your 2G serving cell (374) and can see that it's performing as expected, with no dips in performance or faults which would be impacting your service.

Please note It can take up to 24 hours for a new SIM to activate on our network.

If you're still experiencing issues, please change your phone settings to 2G only.

Let us know how you get on.
