1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Yes, it's just in Ferndale. If you travel to Maerdy or Tylorstown then the service resumes. It's about 2 mikes either way


2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? 

CF43 4NG

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

 

still no service

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

 

No no service is shown at the top left corner 


5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

 

I can't get any of those in this area anyway

6) When did you first notice this issue?

 

its been ongoing for the last few weeks

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

 

Its been occurring on intermittent days but this time it's been 2 days.

Ah right, I didn't see that! This has been going on for weeks now, the worst service I've ever experienced!

Please do Register for updates and I hope this is remedied asap for you and others affected in the area.
