On the 2nd or 3rd of this month we were told that they were upgrading the mast near us kw12 6yn . The end date was the 10th , on that date nothing happened nor the next day or today , The phone goes between service and no service all the time , I'm not the only one either everyone in our house is vodafone and lots of other people in the kw12 halkirk area are the same , The status was showing planned maintenance but now nothing, I;ve used chat , facebook , done all the tips and nothng happens , so frustrating 10 days now . I have an ill elderly neighbour who only has a moblile phone no house phone so its her lifeline if something happens , not good enough .
