Hello all, I've got a full signal (5 bars) plus 3G on my iPhone5 but can't seem to connect to the internet/receive gmail/YouTube etc.
All was fine about 2 hours ago, now I can only access a couple of sites with other sites downloading about 90% of the blue bar in the URL then hanging.
I'm in the L70 area.
Anyone else having this issue?

Hi there
I have checked the Faults Board and can't see a fault listed so please could you try the steps in the Network Troubleshooting Guide as this may resolve your problem. If this doesn't sort out your issues, please could you post the template and results back here for the eForum Team to look into.

You honestly think I'm going to try and find another person with an iPhone, ask them to swap sims etc?
There's an issue, plain and simple, loads complaining on Twitter etc. Phone working fine in WA12 area, two hours later it's not working in the L70 area and other parts of the country.

Hi MikeB74
Thanks for your post. The network troubleshooting just provides suggestions to try so that we can rule in or out a phone, SIM or network problem.
If you could reply with as much of the troubleshooting filled in as drey_p suggests, we can check for any local faults and raise a fault if needs be.
Thanks
Simon
