New Vodafone customers

Hi I have recently Signed up to a contract through Phones 4 U and tried signing up for the online account management but I do not have my account number on the paperwork given to me and was not given a PIN either. I was wondering if there was anyway to Obtain my account number or PIN. Damien

If you have only recently set up an account through Phones 4U, they may still be in the process of forwarding on your details to Vodafone.

Customer Care will be able to give you your account number and you will also be able to set your choice of four memorable digits PIN which are used for identification when contacting Customer Services.
