New Vodafone customers

Hi

My company is looking at purchasing an image based data capture, with time, date and location stamped functionality for our mobile workforce.

We currently have iphones, ipads, Blackberries and various Android phone's and tablets and require a proven solution that addresses all of these platforms and is above all scalable.

Having researched the marketplace I have found that Vodafone have a suitable solution that meets all of these requirements and I was wondering if anyone out there can provide me with any additional information or who already have had any good or bad experience's with hand-e-pix.

Any advice or feedback greatly received.

Being bored of a lunchtime (and a little nosey), i did a search to see what "hand-e-pix" was. As a 3rd party solution it seems the vendor is also a Vodafone reseller, but found a mobile applications section on vodafone.co.uk under Business > Business Solutions > Mobile Applications...not much info but it refers to "Secure Mobile Data Collection" and has a number to call, and link to request a call back

maybe no help, but i now know more than i would have if i had gone to McDonalds!

To be honest this isn’t something that I have ever dealt with before however, with this said I will pass your post onto the team tomorrow to speak with our support teams to try and find out as much information as possible.

One of my friends is using hand-e-pix to upload geotagged images while he is working in the field. It seems a nice product.

Hi Guys,

Although it’s not something that any of our team have ever used, the idea behind it seems excellent and with our excellent data network coverage you shouldn’t have any issues using it on the Vodafone network.

If anyone has any comments on the service, please let us know
