I have NEVER come across a company as inept as this shower. Customer service is a concept completely alien to them as all they do is pay scant regard to it and play pass the parcel with you in the hope you will just accept their incompetence and go away. I want the email address of someone who can ACTUALLY do something to rectify a problem for a long-suffering, sorry, long-standing customer as it seems it is beyond customer services scope and I have a transcript to prove it.( This only covers the latest in a long line of problems) "We got you in another contract ergo we don't care" seems to be the company mantra. GO ON - PROVE ME WRONG!!!!!
