You dont need your account number to port your old number into Vodafone. If you have your PAC code, give the Porting Department a call on 08080 945 945, Option 3, and they will transfer your number.
You will have a time limit of 30 days to port your number and ideally, it should be done before you get your first bill.
If you would like your account number, Customer Services would be able to give this to you and you should be able to get it when you call the Porting Department.
