I was applied to unlock my iphone 4s locked on orange network and today I received this email below. I'm pay and go customer and how will I get my money back if Vodafone are unable to provide an unlocking.

Mobile Number: 077xxxx7341
We are unable to provide an unlocking code as this handset is locked to Orange Network

Can you please explain what money you are trying to get back ? Nowhere here have you given any indication that you've spent any money with Vodafone, nor what it was spent on - if we knew that then we might be able to offer more relevant advice.

Thank you for your post. If your phone is locked to Orange you would be required to contact them directly about their unlocking process. We can only unlock handsets that have been purchased on the Vodafone network and not any other. We would only take the £19.99 charge once the unlock has been actioned, as we're unable to unlock the phone no funds should have been taken.
