Keeping my existing number on new contract?

I have a pay monthly sim only deal and want to upgrade my phone to the new HTC One S and have found a deal with Vodafone but through Buymobilephones.net at the best price on the net and want to keep with Vodafone and keep my existing number. Is there anyway I can do this. I have been able to upgrade since August 2011. Does seem strange that they offer the phone at a far lower price that the Vodafone call centre quoted earlier today by about £15 a month!!?!?! If anyone can advise the best way to keep my number I'd appreciate it?
