Hi
I am a customer of Vodafone and have been since October 2011, i took out a contract and was told i would get 5 months line rental free of charge, a month goes by and i get cut off i ring them up to ask why they apologise and un barr me the following month the same thing happens i get barred and i ring them up and explain they apologise yet again ( ringing off a landline !!!!) unbarr me and then the following week i recieve a message from my bank to say i have gone overdrawn i ask them why and they said vodafone have taken a payment out. i was absolutely livid as i get charged bank fees!!! i rung them up they apolgised once more and said they would refund the money and a bill wouldnt come out of my account till March!!! ...... believe it or not i wake up this morning to a barred phone. i am completely fed up of Vodafone i havent had a good service at all. i need a working phone at all times as i suffer from Alternating hemiplegia and need to keep in copntact with my doctors and parents at all times.
if this isnt resolved i will be cancelling my contract and taking it to the FSA.
