Wrote a message before and yet the Vodafone team still haven't got back to me.
The whole online service is unreliable and no-one is there to help.
Considering cancelling the order and going back to O2.

i ordered the Samsung Galaxy s 2 on Friday the 25th of November and was told that it would be in-store by the Tuesday, but then got an e-mail saying there had been a delay in dispatch, but then on the Monday 28th I recieved an email saying that my product has been dispatched and that I should wait two days before it was in-store. That was 5 days ago and I'm still waiting to hear from them.
The Vodafone store I went into had no idea what was going on with my phone and said I'd just have to wait.
