Someone please help with this as it is driving me crazy now. I have used online chat SEVEN times in the last month to try to resolve this, every time they promise me they have sorted it, but i continue to get the above message when i try to access my account. I have clicked all the links in the emails that come through when you register. The last email that comes through says log into your account to authorise. I do this and still the message appears

Normally this happens if another profile exists, did you every have a different number, or more than one number on your account, did you ever register before.
If you had more than one number on your account, ask the guys to delete all instances of your profile and re-register
