hi there please someone help me! i signed up for 2 htc wildfire phones online yesterday for me and my partner on contract my order no is o253612914 and unfortunatly i cannot call out to anyone because my battery is dead on my old phone it wont charge! so i really need to know when the phones are coming and if at all really? please someone help ive waited over 2 days with no reply and emails after emails to vodafone hope someone can help me real soon please as if ive not acceped at least i can go elsewere to stop wasting my time! just cant believe vodafone are treating there customers like this new ones too at that! i will be making a complaint if i do get accepted or not trading standards and everything! have looked into it! if vodafone was to treat there customers like they do instore to online vodafone wuld proberly be better then 02!

If you have ordered online, you will have to contact the V Store direct. It is a separate department and the admins would be unable to access their systems.
You will be able to find all the information on how to contact the V Store from About the Community, Frequently Asked Questions, Online Orders section of the forum.
You only ordered online yesterday and as it is now the first working day since you placed your order, you will most probably receive confirmation later today.

brilliant!! got confirmation that order went smoothly and now waiting on the dispatch emai!l how long does that usually take? kindest regards zara as ive heard from other people on here can take weeks! i need a phpone badly with not a spare phone in meantime to turn too!

Zara, only the V Store would be able to answer your question. You really are going to have to contact them direct but if the phones are in stock, there is no reason for them not to despatch them immmediately.
Give them a call or email, I know it takes ages, but that would get you the quickest response.

Apologies we did not get to you sooner - we answer all queries in turn so as to treat everyone as fairly as possible.
AnnS is correct in that the V-store team are the only people with the full details of online orders, and are therefore the best people to contact for any queries. Also, as she says, if the phones are in stock then they'll get dispatched at latest the next working day, but if we are awaiting a delivery then we cannot confirm a specific timescale.
From what you've described about being allowed one handset only, this is likely due to the initial credit check. This doesn't mean that you have a bad credit rating, but if you are young, for example, or rarely use credit such as cards, loans or mortgages, then you may not have much of a credit history. The stronger the credit rating, the more lines you may be approved for. Existing customers with a good payment history are also more likely to gain approval for multiple lines than new customers, although after three months of successful payments a new customer can apply again for a second line.
I would therefore double-check with the V-store team in case the second order you placed is recognised as matching the first, in which case it may be blocked.

well like i said in previous email my partner recieved an email 2hrs after application was recieved and t says he needs to call them to go thrugh sme initial check to which i think is for permission to use my card maybe this is what i was king not about the credit rating and why im not allowed i know that from th v store anyways all i want to know is will hs appliaction with my card details be ok? will it affect my claim which i just receiveed an email for saying that its ou of stock typica really considering that everytime i go online here forus are always mostly about out of stock and held up orders thats vodafones weakest points i can say and im a new cutomer hey!

Sorry to see that you have cancelled your partners order.
I do know from experience that your details should not be used by your partner. I understand that you have given permission, but this is something that all companies are not able to do, we always have to speak with the card holder to take payments/run credit checks.
This is mainly done to protect both the company and card holder from fraud.
The main thing here is that you have got your phone.

yes i do now ive had no emails about when my order is going to be arriving ive called and been on hold for ages to be told nothing except that they dont no whenstock will be back in let alone my orer even arriving to my home cant believe how unreliable vodafone is the lady on the phone however was s rude!!! to which i will be cmplaining but thats not my query today ive been to vodafone store and called all of which are completely useless i have a disabled daughter s it takes hrs just to get out the house and to be told that theres nothing that they can do completely wastes me and my daughters time gtting ready to go out so ik hoping this email will shed sm light about how long my order will be i ordered last friday! being wedneaday night and no delivery this morning with also constantly being on this laptop is annoying me just to check emails with no joy! please help here vodafone hope that you can be much help to me or i will jsut end up complaining about this i ordered a t mobile one tuesay coming tomorrow that service unlike vodafone never ever experienced anything like this before!

I am sorry to see that you are still waiting for the delivery of your handset.
As the order was completed online the V-Store team will be able to see a status of the order for you.
If you can contact that team they will then be able to assist you further.
