hi hope someone from vodafone can help out .
i set up new phone contract with vodafone .for £10.50 pcm
but when i log into my account it shows £20.50 pcm
i have called 191 an they told me i had a £10 pcm discount to come off for the length of my contract . so why dose my account not say this .. why show £20.50 as plan instead of £10.50 which i agread with .. help if you can ..

So is there any way I can get a email confirming the discount so I have evidence I have it .
If you have just set up the new agreement, you will receive an email confirmation of all that was agreed which will include any discount, number of minutes and your contract end date.
If you do not receive this in the next week, give Customer Care a call, and they will be able to get this sent to you.
You will see the discount when your next bill is produced.

Just had my first bill and it dose not show any discount .. Have tried to contact customer support with out any luck .
And I have still not had email confirming deal . Only thing I have had from vodafone is a bill for £4.95 for delivery of hand set ..
Which I have not used yet .. Sent 1 text and 1 Min talk . ..I will box up and take back to my local vodafone shop if it not sorted out ..
I will not pay more than I agreed on the phone .. So I need this sorted out now .
