My phone is unlocked and credit goes to James, I Would like to thank him for sorting out my issue in the matter of less than 15 min. It's one of the quickest service I've ever got.

ianoel - To request your PAC code all you need to do is complete the Network Unlock Code Form, if you are a Pay As You Talk customer (which is very probable with this device) you need to ensure that there is a minimum of £19.99 credit available or if you are a Pay Monthly customer this is free.
