Hi becciyoxall
I'm confused!
When you say that its not working but its pulling all read and opened email? Did you mean unopened email?
Are you using pop or Imap?
I would suggest try using Imap for this:
1. on your Phone Select 'Messaging' > 'Options' > 'Settings' > 'E-mail' > 'Mailboxes.'
“If you have never set up email on your phone before, select 'Yes' to define a new mailbox. If you already have other mailboxes, select 'Options' and then 'New mailbox.'’
2. Select 'Start' to begin the setup wizard.
3. Click on any one mail Yahoo or Gmail or Hotmail (for Ovi mail you need go to other…)
4. If you have clicked on Gmail*** it will ask email address ( '@gmail.com') but before moving forward enter you email address as (‘india@abc.com') instead of (‘india@gmail.com') {enter ABC instead of GMAIL } and then > your password then select 'Next.'>
5. Screen will appear with three (Mail Exchange and POP/IMAP and Lotus Notes)
6. Select ' POP/IMAP' and then 'Next>
7. Now put your correct Email address (eg. ‘india@gmail.com’) > Same on User name > then Password>
8. On Mailbox Type -------Select IMAP4 > and following are IMAP setting ---
Ports you need to set:
Outgoing Port - 465 (requires SSL)
Incoming Server - imap.mail.yahoo.com
IncomingPort- 993 (requires SSL)
Outgoing Server - smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Thanks
