Hey Guys,

I got the latest Lumia update for my 800 this week (the Tango update), which was supposed to be bringing Internet Sharing (tethering) with it. I can't actually see this, was wondering if tethering is something you guys limit on the phones?

My phone is an unbranded Lumia 800.

Hi scottisafool,

If your handset is unbranded Vodafone will have nothing to do with the update and hence will not be able to add or remove features.

Vodafone allow tethering on the network so there would be no issue here anyway.

I've had a look on the Nokia site and I can't see any mention of how to set it up however from this announcement i can see that there should be a menu within the setting menu

Yeh if you go into the settings you will see a new setting for internet sharign and allows you to switch it on and off. Although the new update came down in 2/3 different stages so if you have disrupted the update there is a chance there could be another update waiting for your Nokia Lumia.

Check the settings tab and then browse for a new update.
