Hi, I've recently received two Multimedia Messages on my phone. When I click to 'Retrieve' the message, a message comes up saying Message Failed - Unknown Network Error.

I've tried to set it up with the instructions from: http://devicehelp.vodafone.co.uk/filestore/devices/Nokia/C3/NokiaC3_MMS.pdf

After this, I tried once again, only for the same thing to happen.. 

Does anyone know what I can do to receive them? - I don't want to send anything, only to receive them. 

Also, I am on Pay As You Go.

I believe that the settings are correct, as if they weren't you would receive a message directing you to "Get my photo" 

I would like to try and narrow down where the issue could lie, if you can try the below that will help:

1. Try your SIM in another phone, are you then able to receive them ok?

2. By sending a MMS message this will confirm if the settings are correct.

3. Are you able to access the internet, as you need this access for MMS to work?
