I cant believe the joke of firmware at the moment! I havent been able to update to V12 all these months and then Vodafone approves the V20 software and as if by magic my phone has now updated to V12! lol! How crazys that!?!? Does that mean I should get V20 for easter??

Anyone in Vodafone support able to say if I send my phone away to have the camera lens repaired if it can be updated to V20 at the same time?

i was just advised to update mine from 11.0.021, software updater still saying no available, contact your provider...... :angry:

try un-installing and re-installing Nokia software updater. There was some glitch with v12 and NSU

totally took off pc suite, downloaded, re installed, using software updater 1.8.10en

Low and behold ......... no updates available :angry:

dont bother trying.... I tried before and hard resetting my fone a couple of times. Weird!

Try Ovi Suite....worked first time for me with V12.

Hi guys,

If you have any problems updating your firmware, there have been some good suggestions above!

Also, if none of these suggestions work, you send the phone to be repaired, as the latest firmware will be automatically put on for you!

I have just managed an update with ovi suite downloaded from the web.

Phone is now back on...................... i daren't say anything incase i jinx it ........

watch this space......

ps - it needs 2gb free space to do it not a clue why, had to clean out my laptop to do it.
