i think its so bad that vodafone give different deals to poeple. i was on the phone for over an hour trying to get the best deal i could get and yet £25/ month is £5 better of than me. i got given £30/ month for 300 mins and unlimited internet, unlimited texts and phone for £50. im happy with the price of the phone due to it being new but how do you get a better deal just cause you spoke to some1 else. i have been with vodafone for over 5 years on about £40 a month.

i just think thats mad.

please could some1 phone me to arrange a better deal. i am over the 7 day limit but it would be nice if vodafone value there customers more than just the 7 days the customer has the right to cancel casue its a partnership after all.

The deals we can offer will depend on a variety of factors, including your average monthly spend, the hardware cost of the handset, length of commitment, and how much profit we would make from whatever deal with offer you - this explains why there is a fair bit of difference between some peoples offers.

Although it's unlikely that we'll be able to beat anything our upgrades team has already offered you, I have sent you an email to see what we can do for you

Hi, my n97 has been delivered today, was going to go to t-mobile as they were offering a good deal but vodafone retentions team offered me free phone, 900 mins, unltd texts, internet, unltd landline calls all for £35 a month. Bargain!

I rang vodafone myself saying about this post on THERE OWN WEBSITE and they told me that there would be no way they would have offered that deal it just couldnt be done.......so who am i to belive.
...i'm also thinking of going to Tmobile after being with vodafone for more than 10 years now

Vodafone rang me yesterday..... new phone came today, n97 (free) 900mins, unlimited text, unlimited internet, unlimited landlines £34 and so many pence 18 month contract....eforum guys rang today but already sorted but thank you anyway for being quick off the mark.

glad you managed to get the deal, when i called retentions (at least 3 times) they wanted over £100 for the phone and stupid contract terms so i faxed notice to cancel and asked for code to transfer my number. It was onlty after i did this the retentions team called me to try and keep me and thats when i got the good deal...seems you have to be prepared to cancel to get a decent offer.
