The phone's screen does not come to life when it is turned on, any ideas? It is about 15 months old and has been very temperamental from new, turning itself off etc. It makes all the right sounds as if it is starting up but it does not display anything on the screen!

is i the c6-00 with the slide out keyboard? If so it's a common issue. 

call nokia 01252 866000 ask for complaints expllain there

Before you call have you tried updating the software on it or a hard reset? If that has no luck, then call it in
