Hi mrchew007,
Welcome to the Vodafone eForum, pleased to have you
In terms of why the service isn't available for the 5800, I believe that it's most likely because the application you're required to download onto the handset hasn't been customised for the 5800 yet - if this is the case then it's only a matter of time before the service is made available.
As the service runs through a downloaded application, there aren't any settings as such that you can use to access the service unfortunately - sorry about this
I can understand you being disappointed with the advice you received by the way, I can only imagine that the advisor was under the impression that Musicstation was available for the handset in question - again apologies for the mix-up. If you're right at the start of the agreement, the you should still have the ability to swap the phone for a different model - is this something that you'd want to discuss organising?
If so then let us know and we'll do our best to help you out
For anyone wondering what Musicstation is, just click the link to find out more.
Have a good evening and I'll see your around the forum.
All the best,
MatC
