Nokia 6210 Navigator Find And Go

Recent purchase of 6210 Navigator. Came with 3 month free trial of Find and Go. When using thgis for drive info to a location, error message appears stating "For full turn by turn SAT Nav guidance withy live traffic optimised routes, click 'Upgrade' to change subscription. For simple list of directions choose 'Skip'. Phone is only 4 days old and I do not undertstand why I should need an 'Upgrade' to actvate a fully functioning Find and Go which is on a 3 month free trial.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Nokia 6210 Navigator Find And Go

I have had same problem with find and go and have even subscribed to unlimited sat nav, have phoned customer service twice and been to local outlet three time none of which has resolved my problem I cant get past upgrade screen, have renewed sim/ re-installed software and supposedly had my upgrade accepted twice but still no joy. Any suggestions

Hi, ever since i got this phone I have never been able to get sound on the sat nav. I have done all the usual stuff in phone settings without any joy. Any one help?

Hi mikefrs2,

 

Unfortunately we don’t have the phone in the office to test this for you however the first thing that I would try would be to remove and reinstall the application.

 

However if this fails please can you let us know what steps you have already tried and we will be able to assist you further.
