Problem Solved. Call Vodafone again and they said they were not sure of the problem and would have to get back to me so.
This is how I fixed it.
1, Open the phone at the back
2. Remove Sim card
3. Put sim card in the bin
4. Insert Orange sim card
5, Start phone
6. Call orange and ask for sim update for web settings
7. Got the update within a minute and installed.
8. check phone and it all works without any problems.
Vodafone support is very bad and I would not recommend them to anyone.
DONT USE VODAFONE USE ANOTHER SERVICE THAT IS WILLING TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.

Hi terrymailbox1,
My apologies for the delay in replying to you however the eForum has been a little busier than normal lately and as we are only a small team it is taking a little longer than normal to respond to all of our customers in turn.
This issue will normally be related to either the settings in the phone or the service provisioning on the network.
However I can see that you have now thrown your Vodafone SIM away. If you would like any further support please let me know.
James
