Nokia Lumia 830 on back order

Hi,

I have had a Lumia 830 black on order since I upgraded a couple of weeks ago (over the phone upgrade) but everytime I ring 191 I get told theres no way of knowing when it could arrive and to ring on Tuedays or Thursdays as thats when the deliveries arrive.

Is there any way of finding out an exact date?

Its very frustrating as they have loads of stock in store but they're not allowed to give me one..they even have them in orange but I was told you can't have the orange version on an upgrade, only for new customers apparantly!

You can track your order online – that page will change as soon as there’s an update.

Our online store currently has the black one available and no other colours.
