I've been waiting for over 3 weeks now, since I requested an unlock code for my Nokia N8. Surely it cant be this hard to find a code and email it to me?
This is the last email I received on 8th July, since then nothing.
I do understand your concern regarding NUC.
I have raised a request for NUC for your handset and the reference number for the same is 514969.
The NUC team will get back to you within 48 working hours.
I would appreciate your patience in this regards.

Thanks for posting. I've checked the reference number and the NUC was supplied a couple of weeks ago via email. I tried to call you to confirm the instructions and left a voicemail. I'll resend the NUC instructions down to you now but please ensure you check any spam or junk email folders in case your inbox has been a little overzealous.

Hi, thanks for the message, I was driving so couldn't answer. I didn't receive the code 2 weeks ago, not sure what happened there then. The code you have emailed me, I tried in the phone and it said code error. Are you sure that is the right code, as I've found when searching the net there can be 2 different no's per handset. I have however tried a friends Orange sim in the phone, and it worked, but another mates 3 sim did not work.

Thank you for your post, I did try to call however I was met with an engaged tone.
It does seem a little odd that an Orange SIM will work but not another.
I have checked the last NUC sent which has a +PW at the start and I have come across this before with another Nokia device and this was incorrect.
I have resent the request to check this and will be in touch as soon as I hear any further information.
