I have an N97 which I am trying to sync with Windows 7 in order to back up my contacts etc.... and it refuses to sync, it goes through the motion and then tells me it is finished and has done nothing depsite the phone being recognised and PC suite allowing me to view the contacts on ym phone.

Any idea of whats wrong here?

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I can understand how frustrating this must be for you.

I'm afraid I don't have much experience with the Nokia PC suite so I'm going to ask for the assistance of our other eForum members on this one.

Can you confirm that you have selected which elements you want to sync etc?
Other than that this is a very strange problem if the items are showing on the phone.

Please let me know if you have any further questions and I'm sure our eForum members will be able to lend some suggestions to this issue.
