  is it possible to change my username. I mistakingly used my full name. If poss. I would like it to be Lindygirl1.

I am having difficulty in communicating with Vodafone.



I need to change my user name. It is currently a completely unmemorable

I wish to change it to leonshears



How do I do that? There is nothing on your web site to help.



Accessing the eForum is a nightmare. How do I post a question?



I ditched Orange for their lousy service and communications.



I came to Vodafone because you were sooooooo helpful.



Now we have the same problem over communication.



Yuki in you Oxford Street/ Bond Street store was most helpful - but I ended
up with this useless username.



Please help.

Please send me an email address of someone I can actually have an email conversation with. I get sent messages to which I cannot reply (Vodafone will not let me). Your advice does not work. Live Chat is always busy (24 hours a day).

I will be very happy to post a "Thanks", I will even put it in CAPITAL LETTERS - if someone actually does help solve the simple problem of "username change".
