I've had a look for this order code and I've been unable to locate the order from that alone, so I've sent you a PM to get your details so we can look into this further and get this resolved.

I have the same problem as Kenneth below, i have been waiting for an N8 since October and just get an email every 3 weeks saying sorry. Order number is o297523928
Since i am a new customer to vodaphone pay monthly i think this service is terrible! I have emailed customer services, they dont respond. Just how badly do Vodaphone want my business??
Clearly if Nokia have told Kenneth that there is no issue their end then this is a Vodaphone problem.
Do i need to look to another provider to get a phone i can use??

Well 24 hours later and got the same response from this forum as from customer services. NOTHING!!
Seems like someone does not actually care if customers are satified or not.
Looks like its no phone, and no nanswer, customer servises at its best!!!!

My apologies for the delay in responding to you however the eForum work on a first come first serve basis and due to our demand we are a little behind in answering our customers queries.
I have taken a look at this for you and can see that the order is currently on back order waiting for stock to be delivered; unfortunately it is looking like a timescale of 2-4 weeks for the stock to be delivered to us.
If you would like to change your order please let us know and we can get this arranged for you.

Thanks for a reply, couple of questions??
1. Nokia have told both myself and Kenneth that there are no issues their end and have not been since October when we both placed the order. Why will it take another month possibly to sort?
2. If you got these answers so quickly this morning, how come i have waited nearly 2 months for anyone to reply and actually give me these answers?
At a rough guess its cost me £15-20 per week to stay on pay as you go whilst thinking my new phone was arriving, I think that would equate to about 6 months line of my new contract! Had someone bothered to actually contact me with that information, i would have cancelled my order and either selected another phone or another supplier.
Through work and lesuire i have used Vodaphone exclusively for the last 15 years or more. I doubt if you can understand how dis-appointed i am currently with their customer care.
Please could you try and find the time to answer the above, and i will decide if i wish to cancel completely or just ammend my current order.

1 Nokia will tell you about vanilla non vf handsets,
2 the eforum team are the Ateam of vodafone

ok, so this farce goes on and on. Its now the 27th of Dec and still no phone, despite giving all my details as required nearly a month ago there has also been no call to even duscuss when it will arrive.
I have now been waiting for nearly 3 months and the closest i have got is an email on the 15th saying all back orders should have been filled, but still not got a handset!!
Getting to the point now where i would advise anyone looking for a phone to go somewhere else. Either another supplier or another network. Its quite clear to me that Vodaphone dont care, or give a damm how much they let their customers down.
A communication company that does not know how to speak to customers........ strange.
Someone senior needs to look at what this company calls customer service.
