"You have received a message that cannot be desplayed"? this was my vodaphone bill??

tells me cannot be displayed by email client and to log onto main PC to view it... this has happened a couple of times this week and ive never had any trouble before. Any suggstions.. Nokia N8 user.

I've never seen that message, 

Had no issues with my bill email yesterday,

 

First question is the obvious  Are you running Belle ?

its not all time on my mobile emails.. some come thru fine.. just odd ones.. weird that Voda was one of them

Belle is the latest version of the firmware that was released for the n8 about 2 months ago

 

Type *#0000# into the phone dialer 

This will open the device manager

if the Release is anything other than Symbian Belle the you need to upgrade the operating system of your phone

 

To do this

 

Download the latest version of nokia suite to your PC

http://betalabs.nokia.com/apps/nokia-suite-beta/download_and_installation

(You will need to register)

 

Connect your phone to the PC running the software via USB 

 

It should find the Belle update and prompt you to download and install

 

Alternitavly go and visit a nokia care point
