being completely ignored by Vodaphone.

Hi,

I had a thread on here but no one has even bothered to reply to my last post in december. Since customer services never get back to me either could you tell me if this is now standard company policy to any unsatisfied customers?? Ignore them and hope they just go away??

I have been waiting for a contract mobile since October, been told it was on its way in mid december and totally blanked by all since.

Its now Feb and still noone has even had the respect for me as a customer to actually get in touch. Just how poor will this be viewed by other Vodaphone customers, or prospective customers on here?

Regards

Bob

Hi bobh1408,

I’m sorry that you post in your other thread was missed, this was by no means done on purpose.

I have taken a look at your other post and can see that you were querying the delivery of your handset.

Can I ask if you have received this yet?

If not or if you would like to discuss this further please follow the instructions that I have sent you by PM and one of the team will be able to contact you directly.

You can find your PM inbox here.

Re: being completely ignored by Vodaphone.

James,

Have done as you requested only to have my email and all information rejected as that part of your site is not working and was told to try later. Shall we make this easier for all of us? Could you just simply cancel my order? Its clear that no matter what i do i am never going to get any satisfaction dealing with Vodaphone and after 4 months i can truthfully say that i have had enough. It seems that i should use another phone provider in order to actually get a phone in the first place.

What makes this worse is the fact that it was actually you personally who contacted me via personal email on the 15th of Dec to tell me my phone should have been delivered, and i did reply at once saying to you that it had not been!! So i really have been forgotten, and ignored by all, including you!!

Regards

Bob

Re: being completely ignored by Vodaphone.

Hi bobh1408,

If the contact us page isn’t working for you there was also instructions on how to email us directly from your own email account on the PM that I have sent you.

If you can send us this with the details requested I will be able to get everything sorted for you.

I understand your frustration with this however your post was not intentionally ignored but it has slipped through the net when being logged to be worked by one of the team.

This could be to do with us not receiving an alert for your post being made or simply human error however, I would like to get this sorted for you which is why I am posting to you straight away.
