Since upgrading to Nokia Lumia 635 (4G) last week I had issues with Microsoft account so was unable to use Apps or sinc emails.
Enquiries with Vodafone customer services by phone & at local store referred me to NokiaTechSupport to no avail.
I reconfigured my BT Wi-Fi connection to secure rather than Fon. All,s good now 😁

Hiya, 

Firstly check the time and date are correct, but it sounds like there's an issue with synching, possibly your bt router is being a moose (if it's a homehub they can be flakey)  

Failing signal or wifi try restarting from scratch with the device.
