hi, i had to send off my daughters nokia c3 after 6 months as it developed a fault. When it came back fixed after about 3 weeks it now wont charge. It says it is charging but never gets past one bar-even after 12 hour charges and then turns off after about 10 mins when it runs out. I phoned up voda who were going to send out a new battery to see if it is the battery, or the phone the problem, but they were out of stock. They gave me the option of going to a store (36 miles away) or get a battery myself and they would refund me, with proof of purchase. I have just ordered an original battery, but was wondering if anyone has ever successfully been refunded for a similar thing, and what happens if it wasnt the battery that was the problem-will i still get a refund?

Don’t worry, this is quite standard practise by us and don’t worry if it doesn’t work, we’ll still refund it.
