Evening-my c7 gives an audible beep every time i receive an e mail.

Do you know how i turn off the beep please?

Take a look at your profiles under settings, if you select the profile your are using, you should be able to select the option to turn it off from there.

what a jerk i am-i looked there but was only seeing the text alert setting not the mail alert further down-oops!
