ovi mail imap/exchange settings

i have put this here because it is a query that crosses 3 different phones kind of

 

ive got a dell streak running the galaxy tab email app and i need to set up my ovi email manually (its still in beta 2) but I can't seam to find the imap settings for ovi or the exchange settings hopefully some one here will be able to help

ps I haven't asked in the xda forums because it is rather unluckily that any of them use ovi mail

 

 

can a mod please delete this post i just got it working lol
