So that I can help with your issues can you confirm for me the exact nature of the issue? The subject line suggests you're waiting for a PUK but then your post suggests it's a functional issue.
If you are waiting on the code, can you confirm the reference number for the request if you have it?
Similarly, if it's an issue with the phone's functionality, can you confirm the model, firmware version and what exactly is happening and we'll be happy to help resolve it in any way we can.
