Email about forgetting password

I received an email from Vodafone today saying sorry you weren't able to log in, with a link to reset my details etc, but I hadn't tried to log in for weeks. Is this a bogus email or has someone tried to log into my account?

As this has aroused your suspicions I would use live chat just as a precaution to check your account. 

 

You can forward the email too.

 

 If you receive a suspicious email that claims to be from Vodafone, forward it to phishing@vodafone.co.uk – we'll investigate it and try to find out where it came from.
