Home Broadband Question

So looking to get Vodafone Broadband, but I have a very old house with walls as thick as a castle. Only thing that gets anywhere near pushing a passable wi-fi signal through is an Orbi Mesh router and satalite which I'm very happy with.

What this means is that I need the user Name and Password for the modem rather than the router (ie, the internet details and not the snazzy Vodafone Connect router). Does anyone know if this is freely available?

At present Vodafone won't release the settings that would allow a person to use a 3rd party router.

If it's a DealBreaker to not be able to use your own Router then I agree.
