extremely poor customer service

Customer service is poor, they say nothing but lies.  Hang the phone up when they run out of lies. The worst network I've been with. Soon as my contract finishes I'm off.

We do have a Vodafone Customer Support Team here on the Community Forum who I'm sure would try to help if you care to elaborate a little. Do Not post any personal or Account details please.

Not surprised after being on PAYG with Vodaphone i switched to Pay Monthly 2 weeks of calling e:mailng and yes it be sorted, has come to noting best bet is to get out, lucky for me i'm still within the 30 days to dump this company once and for all time.
