Spotify Activation issue

Having problems activating Spotify for my new contract. Had it on my previous contract so not sure if that is why I'm having an issue.

It seems like the final stage of activation is hanging at 'completing purchase'

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Yes we've seen previous posts where the issue has arson after an upgrade.
