Hi @jimboy47

We don’t support that phone, but from what I can see, there are a few versions available.

Not all versions work on 800MHz which is what we use - it sounds like your phone uses 850MHz instead.

It’s possible the BT SIM worked, because their 4G works on the 850MHz frequency.

See our blog for more information on 4G frequencies.

Cheers,

I got mine from eglobalcentral-uk on eBay. They have stock in the UK. Mphone has WW ie worldwide firmware version. I'm on Vodafone sim-only personal contract. Hope that helps.

Hello,

I have an ASUS Zenfone 2, which is 4g compitable.

It is also compitable with vodafone's bands.

However, I cant connect with 4g.

I am a pay as you go customer.

Can anyone send me the 4G settings for my device?

Are the same settings with 3G?

Yes, the APN settings are the same.   I assume you have 4G/LTE turned on in the phone's settings and that you're in a 4G area that's not reporting any problems?
