I own a Smart 6 Prime. My problem is that currently if I download a file and it is confirmed as being downloaded - I cannot locate the file by any method, FileManager cannot find it. I have today been to a vodafone shop and the assistant could not find a pdf file that was downloaded in his presence. Any suggestions.

Hi

 

Is the file being downloaded to a SD Card if you have one in place. 

 

Is it a file that your phone will allow.

Welcome to the Community.

 

The download should be in your download file. 

 

Having mentioned that, the Smart Prime 6 only has a limited internal storage of 8GB and it may be that the memory is too full for the file to be fully downloaded.

 

As far as I know, any downloads have to be saved on the phone and it is not possible to save to an SD card.
