Extending Ring Time

How do I extend the ring time on a vodaphone smart 6? using **61*121*11*30# doesn't work as there is no 'call' button - it just dials 611211130, which doesn't work. I am a PAYG customer. 15 seconds is just not long enough!

Hi,

It should work as explained in How-do-I-increase-the-time-before-a-call-goes-to-voicemail.

I would suggest to call customer service on 191 or use Live Chat as they maybe able to help. 

A local Vodafone shop maybe able to help too.

Thanks, but I've tried that...more than once! I don't have an actual  'call' button. I have a list that says 'call 611211130' (no stars or hashes) when I do  I get the busy tone for a second or two and it rings off!

Not yet! Tho in my limited experience they will end up telling me to go to a shop:smileywink: I'll try that first, at the weekend!

This is from a smart ultra 6 manual, pressing home button then phone button then keypad icon should bring up a numeric keypad, does this happen for you and show characters and call button?
